Stars are BuskerBeat's virtual currency. Fans purchase Stars and send them to buskers as tips during videos, photos, or live streams. Buskers can convert Stars to real money (USD) and withdraw to their bank account.
Go to your Wallet in the app, select a Star package, and complete the purchase using your credit/debit card. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Buskers connect their bank account through Stripe Connect in the app's Settings. Once connected, earned Stars can be converted to USD and withdrawn. There may be minimum withdrawal thresholds and standard processing times.
No, once Stars are sent to a performer, the transaction is final and non-refundable. Please make sure you're tipping the right person!
Browse performer profiles, tap "Hire Me," describe your event (date, location, budget), and submit. The busker receives your request and can send you a quote. Once accepted, you can chat to finalize details. BuskerBeat facilitates the connection but bookings are between you and the performer.
Live streaming is available for Pro and Elite tier buskers. Tap the "Go Live" button on the home screen, add a title and description, and start streaming! Fans can watch, send Stars, and interact in real-time chat.
The Nearby feature uses your device's location to show you buskers performing near you in real-time. You can discover new performers, see their distance, and navigate to their location. Location sharing is always optional.

Go to Settings → Membership in the app. You can downgrade or cancel at any time. Your current tier benefits remain active until the end of your billing period.
Tap the three-dot menu on any post, profile, or live stream and select "Report." Choose the reason and submit. Our team reviews all reports within 24 hours.
Yes. Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Your profile, content, and transaction history will be removed.
